Faith Changes Everything

God loves us more than we think. The result is freedom, purpose and surprising adventure.

Bluewater Mission is a very diverse, come-as-you-are community that has found the difference God makes. We seek truth without trappings, we worship with creative breadth, we hang out in home groups, we experience supernatural ministries, we build justice businesses for the socio-economically challenged, we serve internationally, and we pursue our life callings.

On Sunday, we gather together at Palama Settlement in the heart of Honolulu (see map). Please join us for service at either 9am or 11am (our children's program is at 9am). The teachings are informal, practical and challenging by design. The Holy Spirit shows up to make it real. The coffee is hot and the people are interesting.

Bluewater Mission is doing Operation Christmas Child. Your shoe box can begin a child's discovery of how deeply Jesus loves. Please turn in shoe boxes at church by Sunday Nov 23.

Research and experience agree that the best way to develop powerful, lasting faith in our teens is to include them in multigenerational worship and ministry.  Bluewater Mission is very intentional about involving teens in all that we do as a congregation -- from Sunday worship, to missions, to justice outreach, to scripture study, to supernatural ministry.  Accordingly, we're announcing our first Youth Hui, to be held in between services from 10:30 to 11:30, on Sunday, November 23rd.  Families and teens are invited to spend some time with the Senior Pastor, enjoying some 'simple church' ministry activities, and talking story about youth programming in the upcoming quarter.

The Bluewater Sozo Team holds monthly Freedom Rooms on the last Sunday of each month except December, from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM in the church offices. This is a walk-in, first-come first-served time for individuals to experience God through a sample Sozo session. Sozo is the Greek word for healing, freedom, and restoration, and during Freedom Rooms members of the Sozo team will help facilitate a conversation between you and God. Come try it out.

Everyone's invited for our monthly All Church prayer. We'll start at 6:30 in the church office.

The 4th Annual Bluewater Christmas concert is coming up on Thursday, December 11th at 6:30pm at McCoy Pavilion in the center of Ala Moana Beach Park.

Honor the birth of our savior and invite a friend to join us for our annual Christmas concert. Join us for an old-fashioned celebratory concert, Bluewater style. Slow down in starlight, soak in sacred drama, swig cider. Let song and art restore your faith in the season!
